A Promise To Keep

Today my heart is filled with joy, gratitude and pride. You stood with me as we delivered on our promise to carry on the legacy of a special public servant, Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones. Now, my promise to you is to forge paths that will inspire endless possibilities.

Your voices were heard in this community and across the country with your vote. The outpour of support my campaign received was phenomenal. I promise your issues will always be heard.

November 4, 2008 will forever be embedded into the triumphs of our time and for generations to come. To know that we were not only witnesses but participants is more than humbling. November 18, 2008 marks the final step in this election cycle. Let your voice again be heard. Our country is faced with many challenges. I am ready to serve.
